2650 Cast Iron Welding Electrode

DHATVIK 2650 is a low heat input Nickel-Copper (Monel type) all position electrode for welding of cast iron, and joining of cast iron to steels. The weld deposit is highly crack resistant Smooth welding arc with less spatter. Weld deposit provide good level of toughness, ductility and machinability. Good color match. Suitable for use on both AC and DC-/+.

Application :-

It is highly suitable for repair and fabrication of cast iron casting, gear teeth, pump impellers, pump casing, frames, casting defects, repair of cracks, etc. It also suitable for joining application of cast irons to carbon steels.
